Reminder!   Prom is for Senior Students only.

• Seniors are permitted to invite ONE guest using the guest form.
   

Guests for prom are:

• Any SKSD student who is a freshman, sophomore or junior or any out-of-district student 9th grade to 20 years old.
   

The senior student is the only person who can purchase tickets.  Guest tickets can not be bought until their guest form is approved.  All guest forms are due to your school's main office by Friday May 15th at 3:00pm.

• Guest Forms Due: All guest forms must be submitted to your school’s main office by Friday, May 15th at 3:00 p.m. – NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Who Counts as a Guest?

A guest is anyone who attends as a ticket holder’s +1. This includes:

• Students from outside the South Kitsap School District (9-11th grade in-district students for PROM)
• Students currently in college
• Students who are working/not enrolled in school

• Authorization Required:
  • Guest’s school, college, or employer must provide approval.
  • South Kitsap High School must approve the guest.
  • The SKSD student’s parent/guardian must acknowledge responsibility for their guest.

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 20 years old or younger. Photo ID is required, and proof of date of birth may be requested.

• Ticket Purchase:
  • Only SKSD students may purchase guest tickets.
  • Tickets can only be purchased in person at the ASB office after the guest form is approved.
  • Each SKSD student may bring one guest.

• Important Form Details:
  • Read the form carefully – deadlines are firm.
  • The form must be signed by your guest’s administrator and must include the administrator’s business card.

• At the Event: All attendees must:
  • Bring photo ID
  • Follow school rules

IMPORTANT: Forms Due: All Request to Attend forms must be submitted to your school’s main office by Friday, May 15th at 3:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All students who live within district boundaries and/or are enrolled at Explorer, Discovery, In-District Homeschool or Private school, must complete a Request to Attend Dance Form.   The form can be downloaded and printed below or picked up from their own school office. 

Students should submit their Request to Attend form and Guest form at the same time.  Guest tickets will not be sold if the Request to Attend is denied.

Note: Running Start students are enrolled at SKHS and do not need to complete the "Request to Attend" form in order to purchase their ticket.  
 

PLEASE REMEMBER SKHS IS A CLOSED CAMPUS. NON-SKHS STUDENTS SHOULD VISIT THE ASB OFFICE BETWEEN 2-3PM WHENEVER POSSIBLE. THE HIGH SCHOOL ASB OFFICE IS CLOSED DURING CLASS TIME TO EVERYONE.

• This form is for all students who live in SKSD boundaries and/or are enrolled in SKSD schools other than the high school. (Includes Explorer, Discovery, In-District Home School and Private School students).
   

Note: Running Start Students are enrolled at SKHS.
